★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto caro, (trovato stesso oggetto della stessa marca a meta del prezzo) e oggetti di dubbia qualità. Mi ha consigliato un wc con sistema di pulizia innovativo. Ogni volta che tiro lo sciacquone mi lava la faccia e fa un lago, e non pulisce bene. Sconsiglio sia come prezzi che come qualità dei componenti.
Very expensive, (found same object of the same brand at half price) and objects of dubious quality. He recommended a toilet with an innovative cleaning system. Every time I pull the toilet flushes my face and makes a lake, and does not clean well. Do not recommend both as prices or as components quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato per chiedere un'informazione e ha risposto un'operatrice estremamente maleducata la quale, praticamente, mi ha sbattuto il telefono in faccia. Se la professionalità di questo posto è pari alla "gentilezza" degli operatori telefonici, è un posto assolutamente da evitare.
I phoned to ask for information and an extremely rude operator answered and practically slammed the phone in my face. If the professionalism of this place is equal to the "kindness" of the telephone operators, it is a place to be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi si è rotto il tappo della piletta doccia Geberit e con l'occasione ho chiesto consigli su odori provenienti dal sifone della doccia. Vorrei tanto ringraziare chi mi ha servito oggi poiché, nonostante la spesa dell'intero sifone anziché del solo coperchio, ho finalmente risolto il problema! Confrontando il sifone acquistato con quello già presente nella doccia ho notato che nel mio mancava il piccolo contenitore di silicone nero posto all'interno dello stesso (il dubbio era sorto a chi mi ha servito). Infatti, la mancanza di quel pezzo (? colpa di chi me l'ha montato!) causava la fuoriuscita di odori.

The cap on the Geberit shower drain broke and I asked for advice on smells coming from the shower siphon. I would like so much to thank those who served me today because, despite the expense of the entire siphon instead of just the lid, I have finally solved the problem! Comparing the siphon purchased with the one already present in the shower, I noticed that mine was missing the small black silicone container placed inside it (the doubt had arisen to those who served me). In fact, the lack of that piece (? the fault of whoever put it on me!) Caused odors to escape.
