Friendly and impeccable service. I feel good with them, for about fifteen years now. Useful if they call you and warn you of the expiry of the various stamps or I would forget for sure ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usufruisco del servizio di controllo caldaia e mi sono sempre trovata bene. Inoltre quest'anno ho avuto un problema con il condizionatore e mi sono rivolta sempre a loro. Sono stati veloci e soprattutto hanno risolto il problema.
I take advantage of the boiler control service and have always enjoyed it. Also this year I had a problem with the air conditioner and I always turned to them. They were quick and above all they solved the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel dicembre 2020 li ho richiamati per la manutenzione della caldaia prova fumi ecc. ma subito dopo conseguenze disastrose frequenti cali di pressione dell'acqua Perché non erano state cambiate due guarnizioni dopo l'intervento sono rimasto estremamente scontento è diffidente della loro serietà e competenza lo sconsiglio
In December 2020 I called them back for maintenance of the smoke test boiler etc. but immediately after disastrous consequences frequent drops in water pressure Because two seals had not been changed after the intervention I was extremely dissatisfied with their seriousness and competence I do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 anni fa mi hanno fatto pagare pulizia caldaia Riello per poi dirmi che la stessa era da cambiare perché aveva una perdita. Non si poteva avvisare prima?.??? Professionalità ZERO. Personale maleducato l'unico obiettivo sono i soldi. Centraliniste scortesi al massimo, chi si credono di essere??? Mai più una caldaia Riello, se questo vuol dire rivolgersi a questa ditta. Mi dispiace per RIELLO
5 years ago they made me pay for cleaning the Riello boiler and then told me that the same had to be changed because it had a leak. Couldn't it have been warned earlier?. ??? ZERO professionalism. Rude staff the only goal is money. Rude receptionists at best, who do they think they are ??? Never again a Riello boiler, if that means contacting this company. I'm sorry for RIELLO
