Ecoradiante 620 (acquistato da loro nel 2004) che ho trovato in una casa che ho comprato nel 2010; mi hanno detto che sarei dovuto passare io da loro e che mi avrebbero spiegato a voce il funzionamento. Dopo qualche giorno ho richiamato facendo la stessa richiesta e mi hanno detto che sarebbero passati dopo l’inverno, perché erano pieni di lavoro. La scorsa settimana (Giugno 2014) ho riprovato di nuovo a contattarli via email, per richiedere la sostituzione di un vetro rotto e il controllo della canna fumaria, ma non mi hanno mai risposto. Non posso quindi giudicare la qualità del lavoro, ma l’impatto è decisamente poco professionale. Affidarsi a loro è sempre una garanzia, acquistato sia camino anni fa e ora stufa a pellet , entrambe le volte ci hanno pienamente soddisfatto. Professional, patient and very knowledgeable ... I think I've said it all. Relying on them is always a guarantee, bought both a fireplace years ago and now a pellet stove, both times they have fully satisfied us.
