★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veey nice farm experience, a bit more on the touristic side compared to other farms we've stayed. Staff was very welcoming. Rooms were nice, clean with comfortable beds.
Food was generally good and all made in house.
Pool was awesome especially in the afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delightful place to stay and eat in the countryside outside of Palermo, a working farm complete with friendly people and animals. We thoroughly enjoyed our hosts and this is a perfect place to launch into different nearby adventures or just stay on the farm. The meals were incredible, the service wonderful. Highly recommended. We definitely will return the next time we visit Sicily.

Starting with the good, amazing pool, warm, clean, lots of seating...busy at the weekends quite peaceful otherwise.Very beautiful courtyard, shaded by trees, set out with tables for breakfast and dinner - very Italian feel. Room a little small but clean with air con. Patio (no furniture, just foldable chairs) and place to dry towels. Very quiet area despite motorway bridge nearby, noise not an issue. Can park under the olive trees for shade.
The not so good - no safe in the room or hotel. No fridge. Strange smell of bad cheese in places (it's a farm after all). To dine there for evening meal €100+ for 3 but no problem, the nearby village of Balestrate (8km) will fulfill your food requirements for much less and with more choice. Always seemed to be a couple of flies in the room annoying but...its a farm!
Overall nice stay.

We spent four full days at Fattoria Manostalla in August with our thirteen months old daughter and it was an absolute joy!
The food was straightforward, well cooked and wonderfully made by fresh local produce - you never left hungry or unsatisfied from either breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The staff are friendly and helpful, especially given that we needed some extra nibbles in between meals for our daughter. The rooms are clean and have a lovely rustic feel to them (do not miss the views from the terraces or the starlit sky at night!), the pool area is lovely and the courtyard for the meals is spectacular.
The Chiarelli family makes you feel very welcome and have truly succeeded in creating a comfortable and relaxing experience where you can just sit back, enjoy the food, wine, sceneries and feel properly spoilt!
We highly recommend this resort, not just for a 'base' to see the surroundings, but also for relaxing and taking in the Sicilian hospitality and flavours!

Friendly family who went out of the way to make sue we had a good stay, including picking us up from the local town and sorting out a good value transfer to our next destination . The dinner was prepared with products from their farm and tasted delicious . Overall all a very relaxing stay in a lovely location. Hopefully we will go back .Book with confidence!
