β β β β β Have to warn others that there are much better places to stay than here. As per other reviews, the owner does not understand that when you rent an apartment, its for thats persons use and can use the facilities. The owner does not want anyone to use the facilities .

β β β β β It was the best holiday I've ever had. When You look at their web site and see the video on youtube it is exactly like on this video. Everything is nice and cleaned, You will be welcomed by very good people. Holders are from Germany and You are able to speak with them mostly in summer. There are also one operator - Lorenzo who will be very glad to help You with everything (Thank you Lorenzo) and he could also provide the most beautiful boat trips to the Zingaro natural reservation. Residence has also a beautiful view to beach, which is situated cca. 8 minutes walk from residence (or you can take a little city train or bicycle). Also a washing machine is free to use. The garden in residence is full of palms, olive trees and other very beatiful plants. The private pool is also in the residence and it's only for guests of the residence valentina. I could recommend to buy some wine from Lorenzo (right Sicilian wine) and home-made olive oil.

β β β β β Adding this review as owner cannot get away with horrible behaviour we witnessed to paying peaceful, quiet, italian guests whilst here.
Awful place. The bar area by the pool is unmanned, with just CCTV screens up which show every one on cameras being recorded everywhere. There is more privacy in prisons where they treat criminals better than this stalag.

Host/staff very nice and helpful. High level services at a cheap price!
