Good apartment with pool about 8 minutes drive to the beach of Balestrate, very clean and clear water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophal, an Unhöflichkeit und Unkonpetenz nicht zu übertreffen. So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Pool wurde für Eventzwecke vermietet,
dass Wasser war an den letzten 3 Tagen total trüb und es hieß nur man
könne den Pool trotzdem benutzen. Bettwäsche wurde in 14 Tagen nicht gewechselt, für frische Handtücher mußte man betteln. Einfach unter aller Sau.
Catastrophic, not to be outdone in rudeness and incompetence. I have never experienced anything like it. Pool was rented for event purposes,
that water was totally cloudy in the last 3 days and it was called only man
could use the pool anyway. Bed linen was not changed in 14 days, for fresh towels you had to beg. Simply under all sow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È il secondo anno che faccio le vacanze in questo posto incantevole...è un piccolo eden a pochi chilometri da palermo in un posto sereno ma strategico allo stesso tempo...la struttura ha ben tre piscine (una privata annessa alla casa la panoramica) e copre ogni esigenza!ottima struttura per famiglie o gruppi di amici che vogliono stare in un posto sereno...vicinissimo il paese di balestrate con le sue stupende spiagge (ma entrando in struttura con le sue splendide piscine e la sua serenità non ci pensi minimamente di andare a soffrire in spiaggia)...amo questo posto perché posso portare con me i miei amici a 4 zampe loro stanno sereni ed io mi godo la vacanza!...ma ciliegina sulla torta sono i proprietari che con il loro cuore d'oro ti accolgono come in una grande e vera famiglia è difficile poi andar via senza il magone che dire il Signor Gianni e la signora Rita sono veramente due angeli su questa terra che cercano in mille modi di farti sentire a casa in tutto relax...e per le buone forchette non fatevi sfuggire le offerte culinarie dei nostri padroni di casa quindi non posso che dare 5 stelle e lo consiglio a tutti!!!! ?
It is the second year that I take my holidays in this enchanting place ... it is a small eden a few kilometers from Palermo in a peaceful but strategic place at the same time ... the structure has three swimming pools (one private annexed to the house the panoramic view ) and covers every need! excellent structure for families or groups of friends who want to stay in a peaceful place ... very close to the village of balestrate with its beautiful beaches (but entering the structure with its splendid pools and its serenity do you think you are going to suffer on the beach) ... I love this place because I can take my 4-legged friends with me they are calm and I enjoy the holiday! ... but the icing on the cake are the owners who with their heart of gold they welcome you as in a big and real family it is difficult then to leave without the magone what to say Mr. Gianni and Mrs. Rita are really two angels on this earth who try in a thousand ways to make you feel at home in complete relaxation ... and for good reasons forks do not miss the culinary offers of our hosts so I can only give 5 stars and recommend it to everyone !!!! ?
