Tutto il processo è ben visibile poiché tutta la catena di macchine dove avviene la lavorazione è esposta al pubblico permettendo cosi di poter ammirare la trasformazione dell'oliva in olio. Le macchine che intervengono durante la lavorazione sono all'avanguardia, infatti permettono un'ottima resa e un olio di altissima qualità. Una caratteristica della struttura è la cordialità del personale che offre al pubblico anche una degustazione dell'olio con il "pane cunzato", una pietanza tradizionale della cultura siciliana. Vi è disponibilità di un parcheggio ed un ingresso accessibili in sedia a rotelle. The structure is managed by very competent staff, available to explain the whole process of oil processing and conservation. The whole process is clearly visible because the whole chain of machines where the processing takes place is exposed to the public thus allowing you to admire the transformation of the olive into oil. The machines that intervene during processing are state-of-the-art, in fact they allow excellent yield and a very high quality oil. A feature of the structure is the friendliness of the staff who also offers the public a tasting of oil with "pane cunzato", a traditional dish of Sicilian culture. There is a wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.

I loro prodotti sono a dir poco eccellenti come le olive schiacciate di una bontà assoluta. L’olio merita una menzione particolare??abbiamo avuto la fortuna di assaggiarlo appena spremuto. Vista la distanza, ho ordinato alcune confezioni bag in box e devo dire che mi sono trovata molto bene. In più sono persone molto disponibili e serie, non mancherò di provare anche gli altri prodotti presenti sul sito ?
