l	lucrezia scuderi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole pomeriggio in questo meraviglioso Baglio, in compagnia di Vincenzo Adamo, il proprietario che con la sua passione ci ha catturati in un viaggio ricco di memorie usi e tradizioni di questa parte della Sicilia erroneamente poco conosciuta. Avendo avuto più tempo avremmo volentieri soggiornato e gustato i piatti preparati dalla moglie. Per ora mettiamo in macchina una selezione di vini bio e lasciamo questo posto magico con un arrivederci. We spent a pleasant afternoon in this wonderful Baglio, in the company of Vincenzo Adamo, the owner who, with his passion, captured us on a journey full of memories, customs and traditions of this erroneously little known part of Sicily. Having had more time we would have gladly stayed and enjoyed the dishes prepared by his wife. For now let's put in the car a selection of organic wines and leave this magical place with a goodbye.

Mannen och ägaren var väldigt duktig på att prata och berättade detaljerat om allt angående vin samt hur produktionen går till samt hur den historiskt har sätt ut på Sicilien. Hans fru som tillverkar matprodukter samt håller i matkurser på Adamo bio fixade otroligt goda tilltugg på egenodlade tomater, egentillverkad getost, deras egna olivolja, oliver, tomat/oliv -röror samt nybakat bröd gjort på deras egna mjöl. Då vi bara var två stycken så bjöd de till lite extra med antalet viner samt snacks och vi fick åka runt med ägaren som visade oss omkring på en av hans gårdar som funnits i familjen en lång tid. Väldigt prisvärt och vi kommer troligtvis komma tillbaka för att se hur deras framtida planer med b&b går samt se andra delar av deras odlingar!!! A super nice place that received me and my girlfriend even though we were only two people who wanted a wine tasting. The man and the owner were very good at talking and telling in detail about everything about wine and how the production goes and how it has historically been in Sicily. His wife who manufactures food products and keeps on food courses at Adamo bio fixed incredibly good snacks on self-grown tomatoes, self-made goat cheese, their own olive oil, olives, tomato / olive tubes and freshly baked bread made on their own flour. When we were only two, they offered a little extra with the number of wines and snacks and we had to go around with the owner who showed us around on one of his farms that had been in the family for a long time. Very affordable and we will probably come back to see how their future plans with b & b go and see other parts of their crops !!!

We heard about the history of this winery, got to see the ground on which the grapes and olives grow, met the workers and had a great home made lunch with their local products, made by Liliana, with tastings of 5 different types of wine. Such a friendly experience that I would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area. בילינו יום נהדר עם וינצנזו, אשתו המקסימה ליליאנה ושלושת הבנות החמודות שלהם. למדנו על ההיסטוריה של היקב, זכינו לראות את המטעים בהם גדלים הענבים והזיתים, פגשנו את העובדים במטעים ונהנינו מארוחת צהריים ביתית מהתוצרת המקומית שלהם שהוכנה ע"י ליליאנה, עם טעימות של 5 סוגי יין. חוויה נהדרת המומלצת לכל מי שמגיע לאזור. We learned about the history of the winery, got to see the orchards where the grapes and olives grow, met the workers in the orchards and enjoyed a homemade lunch of their local produce prepared by Liliana, with 5 wine tastings. A great experience recommended for anyone who comes to the area.

Olive oil has unspectable taste, the best I had ever try. And the atmosphere is really familiar, for sure ckceck this out to buy some products or just for amazing experience with degustation!

We had the opportunity to see and try a lot of grape varieties, as well as try wines made from them. The food prepared by Lilliana (co-owner) was really delicious, true Sicilian family cousine. We’ve spend great time there, and can surely recommend it to every single food and wine lover.

We were able to visit the property, wineries and had great chat with Vincenzo at a full table of food. If you do not have your own transport, getting from palermo is very easy by bus.

The area where grapes are grown is beautiful and the house is amazing traditional Italian style. You can experience here great Sicilian hospitality. We really enjoyed our wine bags. In such a funny way we tried a wine from each tank:) After visiting the winery we tried 5 Adamo wines. We both like white wine but couldn't decide which was ours favorite. Grillo, Cataraatto, and Zibibbo are the best choice so just buy all of them! Here we have to thanks chef Vito for the best food we have tried so far in Sicily. Traditional Sicilian snacks tasted so delicious but the real star was Pasta Alla Norma. This food makes you happy:) Great people, food, and wine are all you need so don't leave Sicily without visiting this place. Highly recommended. Joanna&Marek
