★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hardly anyone makes shoes like that anymore, even in Florence. Wonderful classic selection, prices very adequate for the quality. Excellent service, very charming owner, a real gentleman. A must see for ladies who are interested in a high quality timeless pair of shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Mannina in the middle of the day, as it was on my list of must visit shoe stores. They have an amazing selection of ready to wear shoes.
Some shoes are more classic such as oxfords, brogues, cap toe, monk straps, etc. They also have some statement shoes. There was this beautiful two tone deep brown leather and brown suede combo, but alas, they didn't have it in my size.
I did get a pair of beautiful black shoes with a Fleur de lis, detailed on the toe. There was an older lady who helped me at first and she was lovely and spoke English. Another younger lady helped me as the store got busier and the service was excellent.
Be prepared to drop at least a few hundred euro on a pair of Mannina's. You will leave happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for quality dress shoes , this is the place . It is expensive yes but you are paying for what you get . QUALITY. Customer service is amazing. I was in Florence in May and bought shoes there and for whatever reason they were fitting properly. I arrive back home, try them on, toe is rubbing. Im going crazy , thinking such a beautiful pair of shoes and cant wear them!!!
I exchanged a few emails with them, sent back the shoes and just received a new pair half a size longer. I can now wear them :D
They did not even charge the shipping to send them back!!! This is what I call caring for customer. If I ever get back in Florence, im definitely stopping there again .
The shoes you see where 430euro . If you want bespoke expect to pay at least 750 euro

If you find your size there, you must get it. If you need some help, don’t hesitate to ask them. They always welcome to your questions, and give an advice to you.
I spent time in while having small conversation with them, and didn’t realize time flew so fast.
The owner family and Japanese staff were really friendly and nice ??
Don’t miss here and shops around here, and get authentic leather goods!!!
