★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colazione con la famiglia. 2 brioches ai fichi(pochi), 1 brioches con crema al pistacchio(buona e adeguata), 1 maritozzo(senza infamia né lode), 3 cappuccini e un succo pesca(bio non richiesto peraltro): €17,50....mi sembra eccessivo. Servizio rapido e cordiale. Punto di forza: la presentazione. Null'altro.
Breakfast with the family. 2 fig brioches (few), 1 brioches with pistachio cream (good and adequate), 1 husband (without infamy or praise), 3 cappuccinos and a peach juice (bio not required, however): € 17.50 .... it seems excessive to me. Quick and friendly service. Strong point: the presentation. Nothing else.

Comunque nulla da dire sulla pianificazione grande qualità. Qui in città ad Udine un panificio del genere è visto come una rarità considerando che nel supermercato trovi pane congelato, Ma altrove il panificio che produce il pane è normalità a prezzo molto molto più bassi. Buono anche per fare colazione cornetti, pasticciotti buoni, ma anche qui il prezzo è alto per essere un "forno, panificio", sono prezzi da pasticceria, ma a Udine pasticcerie nn mancano e sicuramente molto molto più buoni ovviamente.

Le pagnotte durano più giorni conservate correttamente, la pasta è buona e genuina, si sentono gli ingredienti di qualità ma anche la cura nell’impasto e la lievitazione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mia grande sorpresa trovo finalmente un pane degno di nome. Direi eccezionale!!! Non ti gonfia. Ho fatto la colazione e anche il croissant alle mandorle era superba. Caro? Io faccio il pane a casa. Per fare un pane così ci vogliono 7 ore. Bravi!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi altissimi che non rispecchiano la qualità e la bontà dei prodotti. Il pane lo compri alla mattina e la sera è già duro, le brioches sanno solo di burro. Niente da dire sul personale, attento al cliente e sempre gentile.
