★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima Bakery, prezzi onesti, personale cordiale ed attento. Assente parcheggio gratuito, solo a pagamento a circa 50 metri, ma è la norma per il centro di Udine. Ottima per spuntini, panini ed ovviamente prodotti da forno.
 Excellent Bakery, fair prices, friendly and attentive staff. Absent free parking, only for a fee at about 50 meters, but it is the norm for the center of Udine. Excellent for snacks, sandwiches and of course baked goods.

Excellent bakery in Udine located in the central area. You always find everything, lots of bread assortment and during your lunch break you can eat small pizza focaccia salads and super delicious cold dishes !! The boys are always kind and helpful !! Absolutely to try

Ho abitato per molti anni in centro a Udine e, assieme ai miei figli, per moltissimo tempo ho acquistato il pane da Purinan dove sono sempre stata accolta con grande gentilezza dalla signora alla cassa, la titolare, che mia figlia chiamava la signora che dice buondì. Sempre molto affabile con tutti, regalava un paninetto ai bambini, ti raccontava sempre qualcosa.Venerdì, in centro per alcune commissioni, ho avuto il desiderio di entrare nella bakery per un caffè ed un pasticcino. All’ingresso un ragazzo stava pulendo il marciapiede e non ha avuto il tempo di rispondere al mio saluto. Sono entrata, nessuno se ne è accorto e certamente non ha salutato, ho chiesto se potevo sedermi, ma nessuno ha risposto. Dopo una decina di minuti di attesa ad un tavolino ingombro di tazze sporche ho chiesto se dovevo ordinare al banco ed un ragazzo mi ha risposto che aveva altri tavoli da servire. A questo punto me ne sono andata e penso proprio che non tornerò mai più. Voglio mantenere il ricordo del panificio Purinan e della signora che dice buondì, però che tristezza.
Bad experience. I lived for many years in the center of Udine and, together with my children, for a very long time I bought bread from Purinan where I have always been greeted with great kindness by the lady at the cash desk, the owner, whom my daughter called the lady who says hello. . Always very friendly with everyone, he gave the children a small bread, he always told you something. Friday, in the center for some errands, I had the desire to go into the bakery for a coffee and a pastry. At the entrance a boy was cleaning the sidewalk and did not have time to respond to my greeting. I went in, no one noticed and certainly didn't say hello, I asked if I could sit down, but no one answered. After waiting for about ten minutes at a table full of dirty cups, I asked if I should order at the counter and a guy replied that he had other tables to serve. At this point I'm gone and I really think I'll never go back. I want to keep the memory of the Purinan bakery and the lady who says hello, but how sad.
