★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il vero agriturismo, come dovrebbe sempre essere. A Malga Canali si fa un salto indietro nel tempo e si può avere un'esperienza di vita contadina. Non solo il personale (cordialissimo) veste gli abiti di quei tempi bucolici ma tutto ruota intorno alle pratiche dell'agricoltura e della pastorizia. Anche i cibi che si possono degustare sono preparati con materie prime di esclusiva provenienza dai loro orti e fattoria. Persino il vino e le grappe sono di loro produzione.
La conduzione è familiare e i prezzi sono a dir poco onesti.
In inverno con la neve l'accesso alla malga non è semplicissimo, se non si ha il mezzo adeguato.
L'esperienza è consigliatissima.
NB: non sono dotati di pos, per cui si paga in contanti o con bonifico
 The real farm, as it should always be. At Malga Canali you can step back in time and have an experience of peasant life. Not only the (very cordial) staff wear the clothes of those bucolic times but everything revolves around the practices of agriculture and pastoralism. Even the foods that can be tasted are prepared with raw materials of exclusive origin from their gardens and farm. Even the wine and grappas are of their own production.
The management is family and the prices are honest to say the least.
In winter with snow, access to the hut is not easy if you do not have the right means of transport.
Experience is highly recommended.
NB: they do not have a pos, so you can pay in cash or by bank transfer

in un ambiente che si potrebbe dire famigliare, vieni accolto da persone che potrebbero sembrare i tuoi famigliari.
L'ambiente è rustico, ma per fortuna!
Sembra di entrare in altro mondo, in un'altra epoca ma tutto rigorosamente ricercato, ogni particolare non è posto a caso.
La cucina.... semplice ma ricercata, le pietanze presentate sono gustose, una cucuna tipica ma ricca.
In conclusione se siete dalle parti della malga Canali cercate di prenotarvi un posto per mangiare, sicuramente ne rimarrete piacevolmente colpiti.

in an environment that could be said to be familiar, you are welcomed by people who might seem like your family.
The environment is rustic, but luckily!
It seems to enter another world, in another era but all rigorously researched, every detail is not placed at random.
The cuisine .... simple but refined, the dishes presented are tasty, a typical but rich cucuna.
In conclusion, if you are near the Canali hut try to book a place to eat, you will surely be pleasantly surprised.

O had onion soup, ossobuco and good sweets at the end (apple cake, strudel, ricotta with marmalade, yogurt with honey)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to stay. Great hospitality. Dinner and breakfast were good. Rooms were a bit small and the beds were very creaky, but overall one of the better Refugio's we visited.
