Ottimo il prodotto è meraviglioso tutto il processo di produzione bravi.
A member of the family that owns the lipate mill kindly made us visit the company explaining all the steps in the olive machines before becoming that wonderful fragrant oil they produce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se intendete farvi spedire l'olio consiglio di aprire le confezioni per assicurarvi che le bottiglie non siano rotte. Inoltre lo spedizioniere con cui vengono fatte le consegne inspiegabilmente non dà resto quindi dovete munirbi di moneta contante e precisa. Su mia contestazione della consegna e del comportamento del corriere mi è stato proposto la consegna, nell'ordine successivo, di 2 bottiglie omaggio. Dal memento che per me la consegna successiva é fra 1 anno non sono soddisfatta della proposta. Di fatto ho pagato 3 euro in più e con 1 bottiglia rotta. Servizio pessimo. Non ritengo il customer care di livello accettabile (per poca serieta dello spedizioniere e soluzione prospettata dal commerciale) per cui sconsiglio le spedizioni.

In addition, the shipper with whom the deliveries are made inexplicably does not give change so you must supply cash and precise currency. On my dispute of the delivery and the behavior of the courier I was offered the delivery, in the next order, of 2 complimentary bottles. From the reminder that for me the next delivery is in 1 year I am not satisfied with the proposal. In fact I paid 3 euros more and with 1 broken bottle. Bad service. I do not consider the customer care of an acceptable level (due to the low reliability of the shipper and the solution proposed by the commercial) for which I do not recommend shipments.
