★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meraviglioso e severo angolo delle Pale di San Martino: quando si arriva sui vari altopiani si è immersi in paesaggi lunari come solo i Monti Pallidi sanno dare. La fatica per arrivarci, da qualsiasi parte si salga, viene ripagata più che abbondantemente dal silenzio e dalla natura quasi incontaminata.
Wonderful and severe corner of the Pale di San Martino: when you arrive on the various plateaus you are immersed in lunar landscapes as only the Pale di San Martino can give. The effort to get there, wherever you go up, is more than rewarded by the silence and almost untouched nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima valle incastrata sotto le Pale di San Martino e dominata dalla cima Fradusta, offre passeggiate con soste ristoratrici, dai ristoranti più in basso alle malghe (particolarmente consigliata la malga Canali per cucina e posizione) e ai rifugi (il più facilmente raggiungibile grazie ad un sentiero tracciato per più della metà nel bosco è il rifugio Treviso). Ma è anche base per arrampicate ed escursioni più impegnative con sentieri alpinistico attrezzati e non che raggiungono l'altopiano. Ce n'è insomma per tutti
Beautiful valley wedged under the Pale di San Martino and dominated by the Fradusta peak, it offers walks with refreshing stops, from the lower restaurants to the huts (the Canali hut is particularly recommended for its cuisine and position) and to the refuges (the easiest to reach thanks to a path traced for more than half in the woods is the Treviso refuge). But it is also a base for more challenging climbs and excursions with equipped and non-aided mountaineering trails that reach the plateau. In short, there is something for everyone
