Da non perdere la tosela con la polenta ed i dolci fatti in casa con l'aggiunta della panna montata. A wonderful place where we come back every time we are in San Martino di Castrozza, for the beauty of the landscape and for the quality of the food. Do not miss the tosela with polenta and homemade desserts with the addition of whipped cream.

Se con il cane occhio all'aggressività degli asini che trottano da un punto all'altro del pascolo. You cannot miss Malga Pala if you are in these parts. Highly recommended lunches and snacks. For me a paradise. If with the dog, watch out for the aggression of the donkeys that trot from one point of the pasture to another.

Birra e caffè. Tutto buonissimo e...abbondante e servizio gentilissimo! Super consigliato. After a long and beautiful walk down from Punta Rosetta (San martino di castrozza) we stopped in this hut for a spectacular meal: polenta-tosella-mushrooms and potatoes-speck-egg !! Beer and coffee. All very good and ... abundant and very kind service! Super recommended.
E	Elena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vera malga trentina, un luogo rimasto fermo nel tempo. La vera polenta nel paiolo sul camino è una prelibatezza, coniglio, salsiccia e tosella sono da provare. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile . 2 pranzi in una settimana di vacanza, direi che merita le 5 stelle. A real Trentino hut, a place that has stood still over time. The real polenta in the cauldron on the fireplace is a delicacy, rabbit, sausage and tosella are worth trying. The staff are friendly and helpful. 2 lunches in a week of vacation, I would say it deserves the 5 stars.

Ampia selezione di piatti trentini, accompagnati da ottime birre prodotte nella zona. Servizio rapido e staff cortese. Non tutti i tavoli all'esterno sono riparati e nei giorni più caldi il sole "cuoce" particolarmente. This hut can be easily reached on foot from the intermediate station of Colverde, surrounded by greenery and in direct contact with cows and donkeys who are the real hosts. Wide selection of Trentino dishes, accompanied by excellent beers produced in the area. Quick service and friendly staff. Not all the tables outside are sheltered and on the hottest days the sun "cooks" particularly.
A	Alessandra Renda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escursione in malga Ho scoperto questa malga grazie ad un gita in famiglia: prenotazione per l'attività che prevedeva l'escursione di un'ora circa su un sentiero facile fino a raggiungere la malga dove poi veniva spiegato il metodo di lavorazione della tosella (formaggio tipico) e venivano mostrate le stalle e zona mungitura. Il pranzo prevedeva con 10€ un piatto completo con canederlo, polenta, krauti, tosella e salsiccia + un dolce; tutto buonissimo e molto casalingo. Proprietari simpatici e gentili. Consigliata! Excursion to the hut I discovered this hut thanks to a family outing: booking for the activity that included the excursion of about an hour on an easy path until you reach the hut where the method of processing the tosella (typical cheese) was then explained and the stables and milking area were shown. Lunch included € 10 for a complete dish with dumplings, polenta, krauti, tosella and sausage + a dessert; all very good and very homemade. Nice and kind owners. Recommended!
