Cosa che sto notando in questi giorni. Mentre per il mio bagno ho acquistato dei sanitari colorati, molto carini e di ottima qualità. Il servizio clienti è stato molto disponibile, soprattutto nel consigliarmi dei materiali, invece di altri. Grazie ? Which I am noticing these days. While for my bathroom I bought some colorful, very nice and high quality sanitary ware. We ordered tiles there & they are really nice. That's why there are two stars instead of one. In our opinion, customer service is not customer-oriented. We just felt processed as a customer. It's a shame because we chose this company based on the previous very good reviews.

They always try to help you. Email possible in English. + Fast delivery and insured: Got everything in good condition and on time. + Easy payment: Credit card, Paypal are available! This is a must when it isn't a shop nearby you homeplace. - Small negative point - The tracking of the delivery: Wasn't really accurate but that isn't the fault of Domita. Transport company tracking website isn't up to date like dhl, and so on. They are using several subsidies. Luckily Domita was kind enough to give them a call in order to give me the phone number of the final transport company. In that way, I was able to know the exact date and time of the delivery. Conclusion: I recommend you this shop ;-)
