a	anna beatrice di stefano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho soggiornato ma servizio pessimo ,ho prenotato tramite booking dove risultava accettasse carte Mastercard,oggi mi annullano la prenotazione!Da premettere che ho ripetutamente chiamato la struttura per capire se la prenotazione fosse andata a buon fine ,il massimo sforzo è stato fornirmi il numero di chi si occupa delle vendite online dal quale ovviamente non ho ricevuto risposta.PESSIMI I did not stay but bad service, I booked through booking where it appeared to accept Mastercard cards, today they cancel my reservation! I ragazzi giovanissimi pronti a risolvere ogni problema se ci fossero. Struttura bellissima,piscina e idromassaggio da relax, camera pulita,spettacolare con vista sulla piscina. Letto comodissimo,doccia grande. Le norme covid rispettatissime. Davvero 5 stelle meritatissime per sevizio e location After only one night I decided to do a review. At the reception a girl who with all the mask smiling, friendly gave all the useful information. The very young boys ready to solve any problem if there were any. Beautiful structure, swimming pool and whirlpool to relax, clean, spectacular room overlooking the pool. Very comfortable bed, large shower. The highly respected covid standards. Really deserved 5 stars for service and location

Relax totale, piscina splendida, personale gentilissimo (grazie Simone e Fabiana, sempre disponibili) immersi nel verde e con camere ben curate e e di design. Pulizia perfetta e staff per le pulizie gentile. Attenzione al cliente massima. Super consigliato! We spent two weeks of vacation in this structure and what about .. A paradise! Total relaxation, splendid swimming pool, very kind staff (thanks Simone and Fabiana, always available) surrounded by greenery and with well-kept and designer rooms. Perfect cleaning and kind cleaning staff. Attention to the maximum customer. Super recommended!

Piscina molto curata e spaziosa e soprattutto PULITA. Si trova a 14 minuti da Gallipoli e se viaggiate in macchina come noi vi riuscite a spostare ovunque. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salato squisiti, la ragazza che si occupa delle colazioni è gentilissima e super attenta ai dettagli. Francesco e Marta i ragazzi che troverete in reception sono favolosi e sempre disponibili. Ritorneremo sicuramente We stayed 7 nights and everything was perfect, the room was nice, fresh and very bright, the bathroom was fantastic. Pool very well kept and spacious and above all CLEAN. It is located 14 minutes from Gallipoli and if you travel by car like us you can move anywhere. Hearty breakfast both sweet and savory delicious, the girl who takes care of the breakfasts is very kind and super attentive to details. Francesco and Marta the guys you will find at the reception are fabulous and always available. We will definitely be going back

I ragazzi del personale molto disponibili e cortesi. Ottima soluzione per vivere entrambi i versanti del Salento... a 30 minuti circa da tutti centri di maggiore attrazione del Salento.Bellisima esperienza. Consigliata!
