C	Claudia C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 stella perché non mi sono sentita tranquilla in questo hotel in quanto non vengono rispettate le norme anti-contagio. I clienti non dovrebbero servirsi autonomamente al buffet e tutti gli alimenti andrebbero protetti e adeguatamente schermati dai clienti. E assurdo che il personale permetta ai clienti di servirsi da soli al buffet e senza mascherina. Per quello che riguarda la camera, era pulita, fornita di asciugamani ma nella doccia mancava un'anta.. Io sicuramente non consiglio questo albergo ! 1 star because I didn't feel calm in this hotel as the anti-contagion rules are not respected. Customers are not supposed to help themselves at the buffet and all food should be protected and adequately shielded by customers. It is absurd that the staff allow customers to serve themselves at the buffet without a mask. As for the room, it was clean, supplied with towels but a door was missing in the shower. I definitely don't recommend this hotel!
m	maria [email protected] on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war echt traurig dahin zu fahren und sich so unwohl zu fühlen was Sauberkeit und Hygiene Maßnahmen betrifft gleich null Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber das war’s auch Wellness Bereich war eine Katastrophe der Whirlpool war sehr laut zum entspannen nicht geeignet kalt und das Wasser hatte einen komischen Gestank Die Armaturen der Dusche verkalkt Also im allen nicht zu empfehlen It was really sad to go there and feel so uncomfortable when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene measures The staff was very friendly, but that's it Wellness area was a disaster the jacuzzi was very loud to relax not suitable cold and the water had a strange smell The faucets in the shower are calcified So in all not to be recommended

Nulla da dire,torneremo sicuramente ! We went with my boyfriend to spend an afternoon relaxing, well organized, the girls were professional and very sweet. Nothing to say, we will definitely be back!

Ma per una toccata e fuga. I was fine, very kind owner as well as all the staff Cleaning ok. Poor and low quality breakfast. For the rest it is ok. But for a hit and run.
F	Francesco Cervasio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potessi assegnare un valore negativo in stelle lo farei, siamo stati con mia moglie per un percorso spa ma sono più che sicuro che non ci torneremo più. Ambiente spa fatiscente, i bagni pessimi su tre docce nello spogliatoio uomini solo una funzionava a malapena, colonne doccia mal funzionanti e piene di ruggine e calcare ( igiene zero ). All'interno del percorso spa ci hanno fatto vedere la sauna spiegandoci che mettendo l'acqua su delle pietre la camera avrebbe raggiunto temperature più elevate, ma acqua non ne stava; la doccia emozionante dove veniva fuori acqua a dir poco congelata non regolabile e con le colonne doccia al solito mal funzionanti,; bagno turco carino forse l'unica cosa in quanto la vasca idro massaggio che dovrebbe rilassare emettava un rumore assordante dico solo che di 90 min che durava il percorso siamo andati via dopo 45 min. Pessima esperienza consiglio di fare un bel lavoro di manodopera. If I could assign a negative star rating I would, we went with my wife for a spa trip but I'm more than sure we won't be back. Rundown spa environment, bad bathrooms on three showers in the men's locker room only one barely worked, poorly functioning shower columns full of rust and limescale (zero hygiene). Inside the spa path they showed us the sauna explaining that putting the water on the stones the room would reach higher temperatures, but the water was not there; the exciting shower where water came out, to say the least, frozen, not adjustable and with the usual malfunctioning shower columns; nice turkish bath perhaps the only thing as the hydro massage tub that should relax emitted a deafening noise I just say that 90 min which lasted the path we left after 45 min. Bad experience.I recommend doing a good manpower job.

Bene un ora prima del mio arrivo mi telefona l'hotel dicendomi che per un disguido la mia camera era stata assegnata a Booking quindi erano dispiaciuti ma nulla potevano fare. Fortunatamente sono riuscito a trovare un altra sistemazione dopo svariate telefonate. Quindi persone inaffidabi se non avessi trovato un altra sistemazione ero nei guai mai più sconsiglio vivamente. I booked a double room directly for August 24th and 25th, all confirmed with the sending of my documents. Well one hour before my arrival the hotel telephones me and tells me that due to a mistake my room had been assigned to Booking so they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. Fortunately I was able to find other accommodation after several phone calls. So unreliable people if I had not found another accommodation I was in trouble never again strongly advise.

T	Tiziana Dell'Arte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata al centro spa per un pacchetto di coppia. Ci ha accolto una ragazza molto gentile e ci ha spiegato il percorso rilassante. Esperienza piacevole anche se la struttura avrebbe bisogno di un po di manutenzione. I went to the spa for a couple package. A very nice girl welcomed us and explained the relaxing path. Pleasant experience even if the structure needs some maintenance.
