Al momento soggiorno perfetto We stay 5 nights in this hotel. Spacious, comfortable and above all clean rooms. Attentive and helpful staff. Good and plentiful breakfast. Perfect stay at the moment

La tv nella mia stanza era piccolissima…e ok….ma nonostante le lamentele fatte ho solo potuto vedere 3 canali durante tutto il soggiorno (4gg). Ho chiesto una multi presa dal primo momento in cui siamo arrivati perché in camera utilizzabili ce n’erano solo 2 in camera(1 accanto al letto ,1 nella scrivania) e 1 in bagno quindi impossibile caricare più dispositivi contemporaneamente anche perché una volta tolta la scheda dalla camera la corrente si stacca quindi non si può lasciare nulla sotto carica. Non ho mai ricevuto la multi presa. Unfriendly staff (fortunately not all). The tv in my room was very small… and ok…. But despite the complaints made I could only see 3 channels during the whole stay (4 days). I asked for a multi socket from the first moment we arrived because in the usable room there were only 2 in the room (1 next to the bed, 1 in the desk) and 1 in the bathroom so it was impossible to charge multiple devices at the same time also because once the card from the room the current is disconnected so you can not leave anything under charge. I have never received the multi socket.

In poche parole: professionalità, accoglienza, disponibilità! Buffet della colazione ottimo. Ho soggiornato con amiche e siamo state coccolate per tutto il periodo. CONSIGLIATISSIMO! I give 5 stars, but it deserves 10! Strategically located hotel, very clean and above all managed by extraordinary people. In a nutshell: professionalism, hospitality, availability! Great breakfast buffet. I stayed with friends and we were pampered for the whole period. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Consiglierei un piccolo investimento in una navetta più recente, le stanze sono ottime, tranne per le docce un pochino strette, la colazione è inclusa ed è eccellente, non è previsto il pranzo e la cena tuttavia sono affiliati con un eccellente ristorante di pesce con uno sconto del 10%, anche se io aumenterei anche di poco questo sconto considerando anche il prezzo elevato del locale nonostante ne valga la pena per la loro alta qualità, nonostante piccoli difettucci non mi sento di rimuovere una stella in quanto l'hotel è fantastico e se ne meriterebbe anche 6. Clean, big, with a great view, the recommended excursions to visit the other islands have fully met our expectations! I would recommend a small investment in a newer shuttle, the rooms are great except for the slightly cramped showers, breakfast is included and is excellent, lunch and dinner are not provided however they are affiliated with an excellent seafood restaurant 10% discount, even if I would increase this discount even slightly considering the high price of the place even though it is worth it for their high quality, despite small defects I do not feel like removing a star as the hotel is fantastic and he would also deserve 6.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per due giorni senza poter mai vedere la "mini" TV in dotazione (dimensioni da schermo PC) per motivi di antenna a quanto riferito dalla reception. Il bagno aveva sanitari molto piccoli e un piatto doccia modesto con piccolo braccio doccia e un set soltanto di saponette, due bustine di doccia/shampoo e due cuffie. Il cambio delle asciugamani e teli doccia è avvenuto solo parzialmente nei due giorni. Colazione a buffet buona ed esclusivamente con tavoli in terrazza, non c'erano sale interne climatizzate, né ristorante. Non credo sia adatto per essere un hotel 4 stelle. Very simple hotel and absolutely inadequate for a 4 star. We stayed at this property for two days without ever being able to see the supplied "mini" TV (PC screen size) due to antenna reasons reported by the reception. The bathroom had very small fixtures and a modest shower tray with a small shower arm and only one set of soaps, two shower / shampoo sachets and two caps. The change of towels and shower towels took place only partially in the two days. Good breakfast buffet and exclusively with tables on the terrace, there were no air-conditioned indoor rooms, no restaurant. I don't think it's suitable for a 4 star hotel.
p	[email protected] Bini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato 14 giorni presso questo hotel e devo dire che sono stata molto soddisfatta Ho trovato personale molto gentile,disponibile,attento alle esigenze del cliente,allegro ,professionale. Le camere molto accurate,pulite e arredata in modo semplice ma essenziale. Hitel ha una ottima posizione con veduta sulle isole di Panarea e Stromboli,vicino alle spiagge e alle fermate autobus per gli spostamenti. Colazione ottima e ricca ,gustosa per le delizie di torte preparate dalla moglie del Sig. GIOVANNI. Struttura perfetta per una vacanza mi sono sentita come fossi a casa mia. La consiglio perché non manca niente. Ringrazio tutto il personale per l accoglienza data per la loro gentilezza. GRAZIE I stayed 14 days at this hotel and I must say that I was very satisfied I found the staff to be very polite, helpful, attentive to customer needs, cheerful and professional. The rooms are very neat, clean and furnished in a simple but essential way. Hitel has an excellent location overlooking the islands of Panarea and Stromboli, close to the beaches and bus stops for getting around. Excellent and rich breakfast, tasty for the delicious cakes prepared by Mr. GIOVANNI's wife. Perfect structure for a holiday I felt like I was at home. I recommend it because nothing is missing. I thank all the staff for the welcome given for their kindness. THANK YOU

Servizio navetta per gli aliscafi sempre a disposizione!! Posizione ottima. La stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato offre anche un terrazzo super accogliente. Offrono l'opportunità di far soggiornare anche il cane in struttura, il nostro si è trovato benissimo!! Beautiful hotel with a great view. Super friendly staff and it's just like being pampered. Impeccable breakfast and cleanliness. Shuttle service for hydrofoils always available !! Great location. The room we stayed in also offers a super cozy terrace. They offer the opportunity to let the dog stay in the structure, ours was very well !!
