Ci siamo sentiti per telefono mi ha proposto varie soluzioni ed alla fine ho deciso di mandare una mia collega con delega a ritirare i pacchi. Anche lei è rimasta colpita positivamente dicendomi che inizierà anche lei ad usare questo negozio per le sue spedizioni.

Super positive experience. I had to collect 2 packages but I was unable to due to work. We spoke by phone and he offered me various solutions and in the end I decided to send a colleague of mine with a proxy to collect the packages. She was also impressed by telling me that she too will start using this shop for her shipments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too many mail-related things in this country just work as you expect them to, but this place does. I came in with a loose collection of items I needed boxed and shipped back home, and they took care of it just fine. In and out in under 5 minutes.
Their English is completely functional, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff, we brought in an armload of loose stuff to ship home and they did all the packing for us, including putting bubble wrap around some breakable items even though we didn't ask, and were very accommodating throughout. There was a bit of a language barrier, but the guy helping us did a great job working around it and not making us feel confused or out of place. A+!
