We had us and two other couples get mischarged on shipping from this company They are unwilling to respond, and will even hang up the phone on you once they know you’ve called twice. We even spoke to the manager Matteo. My advice don’t buy and ship from Positano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE: We bought wine from a local shop to be shipped from this MBE. The shop made a mistake with the shipping fee and we were overcharged. We immediately let the shop know, and they told MBE. The manager, Gerardo, emailed with me and offered to send me a credit via PayPal. It never came, so we reported the transaction to our credit card company. He has now denied that he owes us this money, despite the fact that I have his email promise of a refund.
