U	Un mondo a colori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arriva in ritardo un pacco e purtroppo sono già in vacanza. La postina mi chiama e le dico che rientrerò l'8 agosto. Lei dice che mi terrà il pacco da parte. Stamattina vado in posta per accorgermi che l'ultimo giorno utile per il ritiro era sabato 7. Il pacco era ancora in ufficio, ma pronto per la restituzione. La postina non mi aveva messo niente da parte ed il pacco tornerà indietro. Non c'è stata flessibilità e l'incaricato allo sportello mi ha anche mandato nella zona pacchi pur sapendo che non avrei trovato niente perché il pacco era in ufficio. Prima si pagava una mora per il ritiro in ritardo, ora non più. Oltre a tutti i soliti disservizi causa Covid, ora se ne aggiunge un altro. Una volta feci una prova mi trovavo davanti ad un impiegato e feci il numero il telefono suonava ma probabilmente nn rispondeva petche nn conosceva il numero che stava chiamando. Lo usano solo per conoscenti. I try to call different phone numbers and they never answer. Then if you go you hear them ring the phone and they answer. Un esempio dell abuso di potere e mancanza di rispetto verso il cittadino. Ore di fila, mancanza di organizzazione. Addirittura siamo arrivati ad attacare un foglio alla porta con i nomi per organizzare la fila kilometrica. Management of the post office is so lacking that it seems to be in the third world market. Castellammare di Stabia ufficio postale Via Plinio e postini, dire pessimo è trattarli bene... non commento l'ufficio perchè non ne vale la pena... per i postini non ci sono parole, ad ogni consegna non ne va mai bene una... abitazione/ufficio sempre presidiata e puntualmente come per miracolo il postino lascia l'avviso di non aver trovato nessuno. Voglia di lavorare saltami addosso; nella migliore delle ipotesi suonano al citofono e dopo 3 secondi lasciano l'avviso senza aspettare neanche che chiedi: chi è? Inutile dire che al telefono non rispondono MAI !!! Ma ci sarà un dirigente in questo ufficio? ma se la pone qualche domanda? Terrible !!!
