★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo arrivati 20 min prima della chiusura, per ritirare un pacco nell'Amazon Locker, ma non ci hanno fatto entrare, perché il signore all'interno, occupato a perdere tempo al cellulare, sosteneva che erano chiusi.
Nonostante gli avessimo detto gli avessimo detto che era urgente, non ci ha fatto ritirare il pacco.
We arrived 20 minutes before closing, to collect a package from the Amazon Locker, but they didn't let us in, because the gentleman inside, busy wasting time on his cell phone, claimed that they were closed.
Although we told him we told him it was urgent, he didn't let us collect the package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aggiungo un esperienza negativa, per un ritiro Locker Amazon, nonostante sia negli orari su Google che nel servizio Amazon il negozio viene segnato come aperto, una volta recatomi alle 17:45 ho trovato le serrande chiuse con l'addetto all'interno impegnato al telefono, impedendomi di poter accedere al mio ritiro. Non farò mai più arrivare nulla in questo punto di ritiro
I add a negative experience, for an Amazon Locker collection, despite the store is marked as open both in the hours on Google and in the Amazon service, once I went at 5:45 pm I found the shutters closed with the employee inside busy on the phone , preventing me from being able to access my retreat. I will never get anything to this pickup point again

The best ever, I sent a parcel via them to Germany and within 3 days the parcel was already there. They are professional, economical and RELIABLE. For people who have relatives and friends in Italy or abroad and want to send them something, trust them. They are number 1 and you are sure that the package arrives. I recommend them to you.
