L'impiegata predisposta (evidentemente operativa su più fronti) aveva "da fare altro" quando, dopo una discreta attesa, è giunto il mio turno! Avrei dovuto attendere ulteriori 15/20 minuti per ricevere udienza... Philatelic counter present but in fact non-existent. The prepared employee (evidently operating on several fronts) had "something else to do" when, after a fair wait, my turn came! I would have had to wait another 15/20 minutes to receive an audience ...

Si respira sempre aria di tensione e gli operatori sono sempre o senza voglia di lavorare o con la faccia appesa o nervosi. Incredibile, veramente The worst post office I ever entered. G	Giuseppe Basile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'Ufficio di Poste Italiane Spa di Pompei dove è radicato il mio Conto Click, oggi 1 Marzo 2021 è dovuto intervenire un Agente del vicino Commissariato della Polizia di Stato per poter effettuare un versamento di 6,31 Euro di moneta spicciola sul conto. I centesimi hanno ancora VALENZA LEGALE quindi la Banca Poste Italiane è tenuta ad eseguire un versamento anche con i centesimi. Non abbiate paura e se il caso procedete con regolare DENUNCIA della Direzione dell'Ufficio Postale di Pompei. Il Direttore e gli addetti allo sportello clienti dell'Ufficio Postale di Pompei in Via Sacra di oggi 1 Marzo 2021 sono dei cialtroni che dovrebbero assolutamente essere licenziati per il disservizio che causano sia ai Clienti sia all'Azienda Poste Italiane Spa. Vorrei essere contattato in merito dalla Direzione Generale di Poste Italiane di cui io sono cliente da 30 anni. Ho fatto una denuncia dai carabinieri per tentata frode ed ho di conseguenza, bloccato il mio bancoposta.Per problemi sanitari la posta a cui dovevo far capo sita in Scafati di trovava chiusa, ma avendo io necessità di sbloccare la carta, mi sono recato a quella a, me più vicina munito della denuncia.Ebbene non mi è stata nemmeno dato il modo di spiegare il fatto, ma appena detto di essere di Scafati sono stato trattato da appestato, nonostante avessi la mascherina.... E preso a grida da un operatore con occhiali brizzolato sulla sessantina.... Assurdo. Staff not very helpful. È la seconda volta che vado in questa filiale ed è la seconda volta che mi sono trovato malissimo. Non ci tornerò mai più. Per quanto mi riguarda potete pure chiudere!!! Unfortunately I cannot give less than 1 star. The staff are endlessly unkind. It is the second time that I go to this branch and it is the second time that I have felt terrible. I will never go back. Hanno creato un sistema per cui dentro possono entrare solo un certo numero di persone, peccato che i numeri di prenotazione si prendano dentro e ci sono anche coloro che prenotano via internet (si avete letto bene, dentro si entra scaglionati quindi se prenoti via app non puoi entrare e vedi il tuo bel numero andare avanti e perdere il turno. Poi ci sono gli impiegati maleducati, dovevo inviare una lettera, ho fatto 45 minuti di fila, ad un certo punto sono dovuto andare via per prendere i bimbi a scuola (andata e ritorno 5 minuti a piedi), ritorno il mio numero era sul display ma non potevo entrare, sollecito di entrare, arriva una signora anziana o almeno così sembra e ride del fatto che io mi sia permesso di uscire e volessi ora rientrare dopo 45 minuti di fila.... Un sistema dantesco con personaggi da caricatura. Chiunque ha ideato il sistema e chiunque l'abbia approvato andrebbero cacciati a calci ma poste italiane è un'azienda parastatale e il risultato tristissimo è quello che tutti viviamo quando dobbiamo confrontarci con le poste. Allego anche foto (offuscato i visi) alle 13.40 circa di 4 impiegati allo sportello che per 5 minuti non hanno chiamato nessuno e 4 di noi in attesa.... Senza contare che si va in ordine di sistema e quindi le entrate erano assolutamente casuali. Unfortunately I cannot give less than one star otherwise I would. A Dante system with caricature characters. Whoever devised the system and whoever approved it should be kicked out but Poste Italiane is a parastatal company and the sad result is what we all experience when we have to deal with the post office. I am also attaching photos (blurred faces) at about 1.40 pm of 4 employees at the counter who for 5 minutes did not call anyone and 4 of us waiting .... Not to mention that it goes in system order and therefore the entrances were absolutely random .
