POSTE ITALIANE SVEGLIAAA! CI MANCAVA DA 5 ANNI IN QUELL'UFFICIO E NON È CAMBIATO NIENTE! I tabaccai di scafati senza francobolli ed io devo entrare in quella trappola e fare una fila disorganizzata di mezz'ora per un francobollo da 65 centesimi? Con l'impiegato riccioluto che sa dire solo "deve fare la fila?". Zero stella. Mi sono trovato ad entrare in quesa specie di ufficio postale, se tale può definirsi e di sicuro non ci metterò più piede! Per pagare un semplice bollettino, avendo 20 persone avanti, malgrado 2 operatrici allo sportello, ci ho messo circa 2 ore, quindi, lentezza assoluta degli addetti. Inoltre, non ci sono numeri si procede X ordine d'arrivo, di conseguenza, liti e discussioni sono all'ordine del giorno, ma il colmo si è avuto all'arrivo di una madre con un figlio disabile, che avendo la precedenza su tutti per legge e buon senso, si è rivolta al direttore che giunto allo sportello anziché aiutarla l'ha trattata in modo burbero, alzando i toni e facendo una vera e propria piazzata, ma dove siamo arrivati? Giudicate un po' voi. Ps: Anche l'aria climatizzata era bassissima e si moriva di caldo, esperienza allucinante dato che siamo nel 2017. Una stella la do perché non si può dare di meno ma è regalata! Prima di tutto, non c'è un distributore di numeri che permetterebbe una fila tranquilla; gli sportellisti sono svogliati, poco professionali e spesso anche maleducati. Il direttore manca di buona creanza, di gentilezza e spessissimo è proprio arrogante sia verbalmente sia fisicamente! I miei complimenti a Poste Italiane!!! ? C' è una con i capelli neri che si vanta di essere la direttrice, alla cassa perde tempo al cellulare con continue telefonate personali e se qualcuno si lamenta dice : volete vedere come spengo il computer?
