(Se un file A4 di una pagina costa €0,05 fanno pagare altri €0,05 solamente per aprire il file e premere il comando di stampa) Good quality photocopies with student discount, but ridiculous that a color photocopy costs € 0.60 and that they charge for each file they have to open. (If a one-page A4 file costs € 0.05 they charge another € 0.05 just to open the file and press the print command)

Il prezzo sarebbe onesto per un lavoro fatto meglio. I was only once to make 2 bindings and unfortunately I was not happy. the bindings are not aligned and the spirals are too narrow, with the result that the pages turn with difficulty, the sheets are ruined and torn. Un generale sono molto efficienti e piuttosto veloci, ma il servizio clienti l'ho trovato poco flessibile. L'ultima volta che sono stata qui, la compagnia di spedizione ha temporaneamente smarrito un mio pacco. Ho chiamato qui per capire come fare e se potessero darmi una mano. Il personale mi ha risposto al telefono con fare spazientito, ha verificato solo dietro mia insistenza e non mi ha fornito nessuna indicazione salvo "contatti la compagnia". Quando ho chiesto di lasciare un numero di telefono per essere chiamata qualora questo pacco disperso dovesse arrivare, mi è stato risposto - sempre con tono un po' impaziente - che si tratta di un servizio che non offrono e avrei dovuto richiamare io. Nulla da sindacare sull'efficienza e nemmeno sul non venirmi incontro, credo sia dipeso dalla situazione specifica. Non ho apprezzato, invece, il trattamento ricevuto. I have already been a few times using the service as a shipping and collection point for parcels. Overall they are very efficient and pretty fast, but I found customer service inflexible. The last time I was here, the shipping company temporarily lost a package of mine. I called here to find out how and if they could help me. The staff answered the phone impatiently, checked only at my insistence and gave me no indication except "contact the company". When I asked to leave a phone number to be called should this missing package arrive, I was told - again in a slightly impatient tone - that this is a service they do not offer and I would have to call back. Nothing to review on efficiency and not even on not meeting me, I think it depended on the specific situation. However, I did not appreciate the treatment received.

Dopo 10 MINUTI, arrivo a destinazione e mi dicono che il servizio è "offline" e mi chiedono di scrivere A MANO il codice e lasciare li i pacchi senza nessuna garanzia di sicurezza. Alla mia domanda "ma perché mi avete fatto venire qui a vuoto" mi è stato risposto con stizza "si vede che 10 minuti fa funzionava"... Vedete voi se è modo. I call and ask if they make Amazon returns, they tell me yes. After 10 MINUTES, I arrive at my destination and they tell me that the service is "offline" and they ask me to HAND write the code and leave the packages there without any guarantee of security. To my question "but why did you make me come here empty" I was replied with annoyance "you can see that 10 minutes ago it worked" ... You see if that's the way.
