Slow computer systems that crash, overcrowding, electronic numbers difficult to understand, too long to do small paperwork, and more that I avoid saying.
S	S Floating on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono andata oggi pomeriggio 15.09. Ho aspettato circa 10 minuti tutto OK, un giovane impiegato allo sportello veramente gentilissimo. Ma sono stata veramente male per come ho visto trattare un signore allo sportello informazioni, nel box di vetro al centro. Per tutto il tempo in cui sono rimasta lì, la signora impiegata ha alzato la voce molto di più del normale, così abbiamo sentito tutti che il signore non capiva bene la procedura da usare e aveva commesso alcuni errori. Invece di spiegargli discretamente cosa e come, l'impiegata lo ha umiliato davanti a tutti, con un tono che troverei inaccettabile anche con un bambino all'asilo. Mi sono trattenuta dall'andare a parlarle di persona perché ho pensato che avrei peggiorato la situazione per il cliente. Io vivo in Austria e non sono mai stata trattata così da un impiegato allo sportello, sinceramente spero che non mi capiti mai. I went there this afternoon 15.09. I waited about 10 minutes all OK, a very nice young employee at the counter. But I was really bad at the way I saw a gentleman treating him at the information desk, in the glass box in the center. The whole time I was there, the lady employed raised her voice a lot more than normal, so we all felt that the gentleman didn't quite understand the procedure to use and had made some mistakes. Instead of discreetly explaining what and how, the clerk humiliated him in front of everyone, in a tone that I would find unacceptable even with a child in kindergarten. I refrained from going to talk to her in person because I thought it would make things worse for the client. I live in Austria and have never been treated like this by a counter employee, I sincerely hope it never happens to me.

FUN FACT: consiglio ai cattolici di non avvicinarsi visto che l'indicatore blasfemico di questo brutto postaccio è sempre ai massimi livelli. One more grumpy than the other. Tempi di attesa biblici ma si sa che a lavorare non sono certo le persone in attesa, possono passare le ore ad aspettare che il personale insufficiente si porti avanti. Negative, I do not understand why there are an infinite number of branches and in use there are 6 workstations for about thirty people. Biblical waiting times but we know that it is certainly not the waiting people who work, they can spend hours waiting for insufficient staff to come forward.

CONSIGLIO: LICENZIAMENTI VISTO CHE SI SCOCCIANO DI STARE SEDUTI SU UNA SEDIA A MUOVERE LE MANI,e assumiamo gente che ha voglia di lavorare ,che sia EDUCATA E ETICAMENTE PROFESSIONALE, (non sanno cosa significa) altro consiglio,aprite i vocabolari . E VERGOGNATEVI. For all the times I have been there, ARROGANT staff from first to last, no one excluded, listless in their work, and mass OF MALEDUCATI. RECOMMENDATION: DISMISSALS SINCE THEY BAD TO BE SEATED ON A CHAIR A MOVE YOUR HANDS, and we hire people who want to work, who are EDUCATED AND ETHICALLY PROFESSIONAL, (they don't know what that means) another tip, open the dictionaries. AND BE ASHAMED.
B	Bogdan Yakovenko (WMWMWMWMWM) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 40 min wait they told me in extremely rude way that my packages is not properly packed and they won’t accept. I managed to convince them after 10 min of discussion that I can fix it with a tape. They allowed me do to that and gave me two more forms to fill with hands. When I finished and waited in line once again. They told me that they can’t send it because it’s a “license plate”. I’ve asked them to show me the rule which prohibits to send that - nothing was shown. They ive asked the manager and guy went to the room for another 25 minutes returned and said “no” again. After more discussions manager finally came and told me that they needed to check whether it possible to send the license plates and they can only do this tomorrow. I felt like in third world communist country. Had to drive back to Switzerland ans sent it from there.
