Da anni seguivo Onewheel e quest’anno dopo aver sentito che avrebbero proposto un bonus che comprendesse monowheel e hoverboard, ho deciso di lanciarmi nell’acquisto del nuovo modello, il Pint. Da Roma, ho contattato diversi rivenditori, ma Centromela é stato l’unico ad avermi seguito sin da subito con tempestività (whatsapp) chiarendo i miei dubbi sul prodotto o dettagli sulla fatturazione e spedizione del prodotto. Acquistato tramite il sito ben fatto, ho ricevuto il tracking dopo nemmeno 15 minuti dall’ordine. Spedizione assicurata 24h/48h. Era giovedì. DHL mi avvisa che prevede di consegnare il prodotto entro il venerdì sera. Venerdì a pranzo Centromela mi contatta chiedendomi se ci fossero stati problemi con la consegna perché la Spedizione era stata messa in giacenza. Io non mi ero mosso da casa. Quindi mi fornisce un numero di telefono diretto per contattare la sede DHL(non il numero verde a pagamento). Riesco a contattarli e vado a ritirare in sede il pacco. Spiegazione sulla mancata consegna non fornite. Grazie a Centromela la sera I was FLOATING! Vi ringrazio e vi considererò un punto di riferimento per i miei acquisti futuri!
