S	Simone Di Giorgio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tempi d'attesa e per i servizi sono spesso molto lunghi, inoltre manca un parcheggio adeguato per chi deve raggiungere il posto con un autovettura. Il lato positivo di questo ufficio sono gli orari (è uno dei pochi aperti fino alle 19:00) ed il personale abbastanza preparato sui nuovi servizi: ad esempio, ho spedito pacchetti sfruttando le opzioni prepagate, disponibili online e l'operatore conosceva le procedure... in posta centrale non conoscevano nemmeno l'esistenza di queste opzioni (che permettono di ridurre notevolmente i tempi d'attesa) Waiting times and for services are often very long, moreover there is no adequate parking for those who must reach the place with a car. D	Daniele Agnoletti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi lasciano il bigliettino della mancata consegna, nonostante io abbia espressamente lasciato sulla porta un cartello con indicazioni su dove recapitare i pacchi qualora io non sia presente, per scrupolo ho il sospetto e vado a controllare il tracciamento su internet dove trovo che il pacco è lì da 29 giorni, il trentesimo giorno è una domenica, per cui mi presento il lunedì alle 8:20, orario di apertura e mi dicono che il pacco è lì in sede ma non me lo possono dare perché hanno già avviato la procedura di reso... cioè, è lì, è mio, ho ragione, ma loro non me lo danno! personale senza un briciolo di iniziativa, cervelli piatti e individui sprovvisti del pollice opponibile... Oggi cercando su Google ho scoperto che non fanno più orario fino alle 19.00,peccato mi trovavo bene. Non é colpa loro, certo, ma un filo di cortesia in più in questo mondo sempre più invivibile per chi ha superato gli ottanta, non guasterebbe.
