Prendo la macchina e vado per ben due volte a distanza di un giorno per spedire un pacco, per ben due volte mi rispondono che i computer sono spenti e non possono dirmi quanto costa la spedizione, la seconda volta alle 11 di mattina in pieno orario lavorativo! Obietto che non ho voglia di tornare una terza volta e mi rispondono che "mi chiameranno loro". Mi dispiace ma non ho voglia di prendere la macchina per una terza volta e tornare perché voi non sapete quanto costa una spedizione. A questo punto la scortesissima commessa mi manda a quel paese invece di scusarsi. Voto zero.
Rudeness and amateurism. I take the car and go twice a day to send a package, twice they tell me that the computers are turned off and cannot tell me how much the shipping costs, the second time at 11 in the morning in full working hours ! I object that I don't want to go back a third time and they answer me that "they will call me". I'm sorry but I don't want to take the car for a third time and come back because you don't know how much a shipment costs. At this point the rude saleswoman sends me to that country instead of apologizing. Zero rating.
