Apart from a few idiots that when there is a coffee break or chatting with colleagues it annoys the operations to be done, but all in all the mail in itself works well ... excellent for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale maleducato, incompetente e lento nel svolgere qualunque operazione, sistema di ticket inadeguato alle esigenze. per ritirare un pacco in giacenza, se non prenoti un ticket online (difficile xk si esauriscono subito), ci vuole almeno un'ora in caso di code medie.
rude staff, incompetent and slow in carrying out any operation, ticket system inadequate to the needs. to collect a parcel in stock, if you do not book a ticket online (difficult xk they run out immediately), it takes at least an hour in case of medium queues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troppa gente con pochi operatori, scortesi e lentissimi. Sono entrata al numero 246 e dopo 25 minuti erano ancora al 248! Dopo 53 minuti siamo arrivati finalmente al 256... Mancano solo altri 20 numeri!
Too many people with few operators, rude and very slow. I entered the number 246 and after 25 minutes they were still at 248! After 53 minutes we finally arrived at 256 ... Only 20 other numbers are missing!
