Grazie a Nadiya e Vimal x una settimana davvero speciale lontano dai soliti ritmi malsani della vita moderna..un angolo di pace e natura tra le colline della Toscana..Posto ideale x seguire i vari corsi e/o terapie Ayurvediche di Nadiya, grande professionista del mestiere.. Il tutto accompagnato dai pasti super detox e nutrienti di Vimal, cuoco eccellente.. Un esperienza da ripetere!!! What about .. In soli 3 giorni ho ritrovato il ritmo naturale del tempo, ricette curative da 10 e lode, altà professionalità, serietà ed empatia da parte della terapista ayurvedica. Consiglio con il cuore questo luogo incantato. I really felt at home, like I haven't felt in a long time. In just 3 days I found the natural rhythm of time, 10 and praise healing recipes, high professionalism, seriousness and empathy on the part of the Ayurvedic therapist. I recommend this enchanted place with my heart.

Nadyia e Vimal ti rimettono in sesto con i trattamenti rilasssnti e la cucina studiata apposta. Si possono fare semplici trattamenti o weekend, o PanchaKarma e percorsi più lunghi. Da provare assolutamente Udvartana per dimagrire e Shirodhara per la pace della mente! Se volete imparare qui è anche Scuola di massaggi e Riflessologia! ... il meglio dell'Ayurveda nella più bella campagna Toscana! Io ci ritorno presto, un bel regalo! Beautiful place, really magical!
