H	Harlock 69 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso appuntamento il venerdì mattina, per il martedì sera, per la visita ad un alloggio da affittare con lavori importanti da fare, al martedì con sole 3 ore di anticipo annullano l' appuntamento chiamando dall' ufficio dicendo problemi di salute rimando appuntamento, spostato al giovedì mattina, alla visita dell' immobile vengono specificate cose omesse sia sull' annuncio che al telefono, soprassiedo sulle richieste assurde e proposte senza senso, specificano che per cedere l' alloggio sono richieste garanzie, oltremodo complicate, e, strane, promettono di richiamare per fornire informazioni da parte della proprietà, nel frattempo ho trovato altro appartamento senza più avere notizie, disorganizzati, fallaci e, privi di puntualità, un' esperienza assolutamente negativa, mai più con voi. Allora telefono. mi dicono di richiamare per parlare con una signora che segue l immobile. Richiamo ma non è lei in realtà che se ne occupa. Il collega non lo sapeva. Succede, nessun problema.mi dice che se ne occupa un altro collega in ferie. Richiamo quindi dopo le ferie ma il collega non è al momento disponibile. Pazienza. Mi vogliono dare il suo cellulare x contattarlo ma io insisto e do' il mio. In fondo se vogliono vendere un minimo di servizio. Sono passati giorni e non sono ancora stata contattata... Unsatisfactory experience. I replied to an announcement x email but after almost a week no contact. Then phone. they tell me to call back to talk to a lady who follows the building. Recall but it is not she who actually deals with it. The colleague didn't know. It happens, no problem. I am told that another colleague is on vacation. Sconsiglio questa agenzia. Io ovviamente chiamavo come loro mi dicevano e ogni volta mi dicevano la stessa cosa. Un giorno ho chiamato e Basta è Affittato. Io non ho parole. Questa era la mia seconda esperienza con questa agenzia. La prima era uguale se non peggio. Calling for an apartment they told me that it could not yet go because it was not ready and therefore to call back after a few days. I obviously called what they told me and every time they told me the same thing. One day I called and Basta is Rented. I have no words. This was my second experience with this agency. The first was the same if not worse.
