★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando abbiamo pagato il loro compenso hanno smesso di rispondere al telefono. Dobbiamo chiamare 5 o 6 volte per avere risposta, anche 12 - 24 ore dopo, per un rogito che è stato annullato mesi fa e che non hanno ancora fissato. Gli errori nelle transazioni capitano ma la maleducazione verso i clienti paganti non è giustificabile.
When we paid their compensation, they stopped answering the phone. We have to call 5 or 6 times to get an answer, even 12 - 24 hours later, for a deed that was canceled months ago and which they have not yet fixed. Errors in transactions occur but rudeness towards paying customers is not justifiable.
