Fanno visionare immobili con trattative in corso e con proposte di acquisto in scadenza e cercano di prendere le offerte più alte . Considerando che non si tratta di immobili all'asta, ci vorrebbe più professionalita nel proporre immobili che altri acquirenti sono in attesa di una risposta dal venditore.
Agli appuntamenti arrivano senza schede catastali e con poche informazioni su impianti e stato dell'immobile. Da evitare assolutamente

They view properties with ongoing negotiations and expiring purchase proposals and try to get the highest bids. Considering that these are not auction properties, it would take more professionalism in proposing properties that other buyers are waiting for a response from the seller.
Appointments arrive without cadastral cards and with little information on systems and state of the property. To be avoided absolutely
