Good day, I would like to publicly compliment the excellent commitment and courtesy of Mrs. Paola from the Varese Marcobi branch who followed me step by step with a smile and a rare education nowadays for the replacement of my ATM that never arrived at my address . Dopo averci fatto aprire il conto (inutilmente) e averci fatto raccogliere i documenti per due volte, risultiamo non affidabili ???? è proprio vero che sono le persone a fare la differenza e NON è il caso di questa filiale! Very bad experience for an attempt to subrogate for the home loan. I consulenti investimenti sono molto preparati e fissando l'appuntamento non bisogna attendere nemmeno un minuto. Ti sembra di essere a casa tua ed invece sei in una banca Private. Anche se non ho un patrimonio elevato mi fanno sentire importante e mi consigliano prodotti diversificati non come le altre banche. Newly renovated branch with very welcoming spaces and friendly staff. The investment advisors are very prepared and by setting the appointment you don't have to wait even a minute. You seem to be at home and instead you are in a Private bank. Even if I don't have a high patrimony, they make me feel important and I recommend diversified products not like other banks.

Sono stata in filiale pochi giorni fa, avevo bisogno di consigli su qualche investimento, non avevo preso appuntamento ma ho atteso il mio turno e dopo pochissimi minuti sono stata chiamata ed indirizzata al mio gestore. Ho dovuto versare anche un assegno al bancomat ma non l’avevo mai fatto e sono stata assistita con educazione e garbo, mi è stato spiegato come versare ed è estremamente semplice! Mi sento di consigliare a tutti questa banca per i modi, la cordialità e la preparazione! Grazie!!! Friendly and smiling staff. I was in the branch a few days ago, I needed advice on some investments, I had not made an appointment but I waited for my turn and after a few minutes I was called and directed to my manager. I also had to pay a check at the ATM but I never did it and I was assisted with education and courtesy, it was explained to me how to pay and it is extremely simple! I would recommend this bank to everyone for the manners, the friendliness and the preparation! Thanks!!!

Filiale di Milano, ero a Varese per stipulare il contratto del gas ma mi sono dimenticato di portare il mio codice IBAN, ho avuto la fortuna di trovarmi vicino alla banca filiale di Varese, ci sono andato e sono stato accolto da una gentilissima impiegata che alla richiesta di fornirmi il codice IBAN ha detto : non ci sono problemi, ho solo esibito la mia carta d'identità ed ho avuto ciò di cui avevo bisogno. A Varese sono fortunati ad avere questa Banca! I am a customer of Che Banca! Milan branch, I was in Varese to stipulate the gas contract but I forgot to bring my IBAN code, I was lucky enough to be near the Varese branch bank, I went there and was greeted by a very kind employee who at the request to provide me with the IBAN code said: no problems, I just showed my identity card and I got what I needed. In Varese they are lucky to have this bank!

Si sono trasformati in banca tradizionale rispetto agli orari. Ritornerò in Unicredit che si è trasformata in parte in banca online, almeno ci sono una miriade di filiali dove si può versare h24 e gratis. I had opened the account because the extended hours were very convenient for those who work in office hours like me. They turned into a traditional bank with respect to timetables. I will return to Unicredit which has partly been transformed into an online bank, at least there are a myriad of branches where you can pay 24 hours a day and for free.
