Mi sono sentito dire di andarmene da un'altra parte, se,altrove, come appurato da me nei giorni precedenti, avevano prezzi inferiori per i medesimi o similari prodotti che mi necessitavano. Strategia di marketing livello - 10....Si impegni di più cara signora ed abbia più umiltà ed educazione! Ovviamente comprerò cio che mi serve in altra gioielleria a prezzo nettamente inferiore!????. Purtroppo la carissima signora non sapeva che stava parlando con uno che in 5 anni ha speso poco più di 20.000 € in manufatti artigianali in argento realizzati da Mastri Argentieri. (ho fatto il conto ritornato a casa solo per curiosità!) Ben felice di non aver lasciato in questo negozio nemmeno l'euro per il caffè!????. 5 minuti in più e avreste capito chi avevate davanti..... Tante care cose ed auguri!....? Arrogance and arrogance on the part of the lady who I assume to be one of the owners. Bad relationship with customers. Make the most of your dear lady and have more humility and education! Obviously I will buy what I need in another jewelery at a much lower price! ????. Unfortunately, the dear lady did not know that she was talking to someone who spent just over € 20,000 in five years in silver handicrafts made by Mastri Argentieri. (I made the bill back home just out of curiosity!) Very happy that I didn't even leave the euro for coffee in this shop!. 5 more minutes and you would have understood who you had in front of you ..... Many dear things and good wishes! .... ?

Ho portato due bei candelabri in argento a riparare e, senza nemmeno osservare attentamente il prodotto, mi sono sentito rispondere che sono oberati di lavoro fino a Natale. E' certamente confortante sapere che in un momento storico come questo, dove vi sono aziende che sono costrette a chiudere, ve ne siano invece altre talmente oberate di lavoro da non riuscire a prendere piu' incarichi in consegna. Detto cio' la frettolosita' e la maleducazione non pagano mai. Hanno perso un potenziale cliente, nonche' un introito di almeno 200/300 euro visto che ero ben consapevole che tale mi sarebbe costata la riparazione dei candelabri. Buona fortuna a loro! F.C. I took two beautiful silver candlesticks for repair and, without even looking closely at the product, I heard that they are overworked until Christmas. It is certainly comforting to know that in a historical moment like this, where there are companies that are forced to close, there are others so overworked that they are unable to take over more assignments. That said, haste and rudeness never pay off. They lost a potential customer, as well as an income of at least 200/300 euros as I was well aware that this would cost me the repair of the candlesticks.
