★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccellente. In primis metto la cortesia e la pazienza unita ad una ottima educazione. Merce rarissima di questi tempi!! Tecnicamente si ha a che fare con persone realmente preparate. Veri "tecnici"!! Non i soliti smanettoni che non sanno quello che fanno e cosa succede quando lo fanno. Il conto, in compenso, è spesso quello di tecnici veri. Complimenti ai titolari... I prezzi sono adeguati alla prestazione fornita. Di ottimo livello. Da visitare assolutamente per una soluzione definitiva ai problemi di software e dei cellulari.
 Excellent. First of all I put courtesy and patience combined with an excellent education. Very rare goods these days !! Technically, we are dealing with truly prepared people. True "technicians" !! Not the usual geeks who don't know what they're doing and what happens when they do. The bill, on the other hand, is often that of real technicians. Congratulations to the owners ... The prices are appropriate to the service provided. Excellent level. A must visit for a definitive solution to software and cellphone problems.

Personale competente è molto gentile, professionale nelle spiegazioni , i prezzi sono onesti. Non hanno parcheggio. Bisogna lasciare la macchina sul marciapiede. Purtroppo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho consegnato il mio HD 2 TB con circa 500 GB di dati che risultava essere "illeggibile" sia da PC che da MAC nella speranza che dei professionisti potessero recuperare qualche files di lavoro. Pagato 30 euro di anticipo per la sola lettura, con eventuale successivo saldo a seconda della quantità di dati recuperati. Dopo qualche settimana e dopo miei continui solleciti, mi riconsegnano l'HD dicendo che purtroppo, "dopo ripetuti tentativi e scansioni di ore e ore," non si poteva recuperare niente, non consegnandomi però nessun report delle scansioni.
Capisco la necessità di chiedere un anticipo a garanzia, ma il dubbio che non sia stato fatto niente rimane, soprattutto perché successivamente a casa, leggendo qua e là, tramite un software "free" sul mio PC, sono riuscito a recuperare tutti i dati nell'HD perdendo unicamente la corretta nomenclatura dei files.
Spero di essere più fortunato la prossima volta!
I delivered my 2 TB HD with about 500 GB of data which turned out to be "unreadable" by both PC and MAC in the hope that professionals could recover some work files. Paid 30 euros in advance for reading only, with any subsequent balance depending on the amount of data recovered. After a few weeks and after my continuous reminders, they return the HD to me saying that unfortunately, "after repeated attempts and scans of hours and hours," nothing could be recovered, but not giving me any report of the scans.
I understand the need to ask for an advance as a guarantee, but the doubt that nothing has been done remains, above all because later at home, reading here and there, through a "free" software on my PC, I was able to recover all the data in the 'HD losing only the correct nomenclature of the files.
Hope to be luckier next time!
