Sono stato di passaggio a Varese per lavoro e questa mattina ho dimenticato per sbaglio il telefono nella stanza del B&B dove ho dormito. Non avendo più le chiavi per rientrare avevo bisogno di telefonare al proprietario per farmi aprire e recuperare il telefono. Non avrei mai pensato di avere così tante difficoltà a trovare qualcuno che mi facesse fare una telefonata di emergenza. La risposta peggiore l'ho avuta appunto dal gestore del Bar che dopo avergli spiegato la situazione mi ha detto testuali parole "Se deve telefonare vada alla stazione dei treni che ci sono le cabine telefoniche". Neppure i clienti presenti che hanno ascoltato la conversazione hanno voluto aiutarmi. Sono rimasto sinceramente sconcertato. Anche avesse avuto le palle girate non capisco che razza di risposta sia, data tra l'altro ad una persona in evidente difficoltà. Posso capire anche la diffidenza ma non le prese per i fondelli. Ovviamente ho poi trovato una gentilissima ragazza che mi ha aiutato facendomi fare quella telefonata così che ho potuto recuperare il telefono. Nothing to say about the quality of the service I decided not to want to try. Negative evaluation more than anything else for the manager of the Bar. I was in Varese for work and this morning I accidentally forgot the telephone in the room of the B&B where I stayed. Since I no longer had the keys to return, I needed to call the owner to get me to open and retrieve the phone. I never thought I had so many difficulties finding someone to make me make an emergency call. I had the worst answer from the manager of the Bar who, after explaining the situation, told me the words "If he has to call, go to the train station where there are telephone boxes." Not even the customers present who listened to the conversation wanted to help me. I was genuinely baffled. Even had the balls turned I do not understand what kind of response is, given among other things to a person in obvious difficulty. I can also understand the mistrust but not the grips for the bottoms. Obviously then I found a very kind girl who helped me making that phone call so that I could retrieve the phone.
