★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most beautiful locations and quite easy to get to. From here you easily reach the pass at over 3000 metres and can enjoy a marvellous view of the Val Martello. Have a kaiserschmarre with red berries and whipped cream or treat yourself to a gigantic platter of eggs, crispy speck and roasted potatoes, really to die for. Also try the strudel, served hot with whipped cream while you sunbathe looking at the Ortles peak.
