★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dalla caratteristica forma a semibotte, si trova a 3398 m, collocato su un piccolo ripiano della cresta Sud-Ovest del Pizzo Tresero.
Fino a una quindicina d'anni fa qui passava la via normale per il Pizzo; oggigiorno, a causa dell'inesorabile diminuzìone della neve in quota, la normale passa altrove. Ma questo bivacco mantiene ancora il suo fascino (panorama fantastico) e la sua utilità, sia in caso di emergenza sia per gli alpinisti che compiono l'intera e famosa traversata "delle tredici cime".
È di proprietà del CAI di Seveso, che di recente lo ha ristrutturato.
With its characteristic half-barrel shape, it is located at 3398 m, located on a small shelf of the South-West ridge of Pizzo Tresero.
Until about fifteen years ago, the normal route to Pizzo used to pass here; nowadays, due to the inexorable decrease of the snow at high altitude, the normal passes elsewhere. But this bivouac still maintains its charm (fantastic panorama) and its usefulness, both in case of emergency and for the mountaineers who make the entire and famous crossing "of the thirteen peaks".
It is owned by the CAI of Seveso, which recently renovated it.
