Accoglienza super, come essere a casa..!! staff preparato e gentile, gestori disponobili ed amichevoli, cibo buonissimo e preparato con cura, letti comodissimi e stanze calde ed accoglienti, bagni puliti ed ambiente curato e ristrutturato da poco con uno stile "montano" molto ricercato e particolare... Ho letto alcune recenzioni un po' negative, ma vorrei chiedere a quelle persone se si rendono conto che è un rifugio aperto a tutti, a quasi 3000m di quota, dove non arriva una strada per i rifornimenti ecc. con tutte le difficoltà del caso, non è un albergo di montagna..!! Ed il servizio che offre, io l'ho trovato anche superiore a tanti classici e normali hotel di pianura..! Tornerò sicuramente in questo paradiso di sassi e pietre per respirare la natura selvaggia e bere l'acqua di migliaia di anni fa conservata nel ghiacciaio che si trova a due passi dalla vostra stanza..!! Super welcome, like being at home .. !! trained and kind staff, helpful and friendly managers, delicious and carefully prepared food, very comfortable beds and warm and welcoming rooms, clean bathrooms and a well-kept and recently renovated environment with a very refined and particular "mountain" style ... I have read some slightly negative reviews, but I would like to ask those people if they realize that it is a refuge open to all, at almost 3000m of altitude, where there is no road for supplies etc. with all the difficulties involved, it is not a mountain hotel .. !! And the service it offers, I found it even superior to many classic and normal plain hotels ..! I will definitely return to this paradise of stones and stones to breathe the wild nature and drink the water of thousands of years ago preserved in the glacier which is located a stone's throw from your room .. !!

Questo stupendo 5°Alpini non è solo in una posizione fantastica, tra vette e panorami stupendi. Soprattutto è funzionante grazie a persone di professionalità, gentilezza e accoglienza ineguagliabili. Dopo una camminata faticosa essere accolti con un sorriso e un saluto sincero è impagabile. Se poi il ristoro che un montanaro si merita dopo la salita va ben oltre le aspettative è sbalorditivo. Con immenso sforzo e impegno collettivo di chi passa al rifugio mesi, trovare una bontà di piatti e una capacità di servizio così alte è insuperabile. Grazie ai grandissimi Elena e Michele per l'impegno immane e la passione che ci mettono. Si capisce fin da subito la passione per la montagna che i gestori riescono a trasmettere. Abbiamo soggiornato in tre questo weekend, la cena era abbondante e tutto era buonissimo. Rende tristi leggere recensioni negative di "escursionisti" della domenica, abituati ad avere tutto subito, pronti a puntare il dito senza capire il duro lavoro che c'è dietro a questa realtà. Un'esperienza da ripetere assolutamente, ci rivedremo l'anno prossimo! Complimenti a tutti continuate così, a presto! Matteo There are no words to describe the welcome and genitlezza of the staff of this Refuge. You immediately understand the passion for the mountains that the managers are able to convey. Three of us stayed this weekend, dinner was plentiful and everything was yummy. It makes it sad to read negative reviews of Sunday "hikers", used to having everything at once, ready to point fingers without understanding the hard work behind this reality. An experience to be repeated absolutely, we will see you again next year! Congratulations to all keep it up, see you soon! Matteo

Il luogo è incantevole, a due passi dal ghiacciaio e se si è attenti si possono vedere molti animali, stambecchi, gipeti, la volpe! La determinazione e la costanza nell'affrontare i problemi quotidiani, di reperimento dell'acqua e della corrente, per offrire il migliore sevizio agli escursionisti a quella quota è ammirevole. Il cibo è ottimo, le stanze confortevoli, i bagni puliti, la natura immensa, la fatica ripagata. Cosa desiderare di più? Grazie di cuore ai gestori e allo staff! A refuge with attention to detail, welcoming, thanks to the passion of Elena and Michele, who have been managing it for years. The place is enchanting, a stone's throw from the glacier and if you are careful you can see many animals, ibex, bearded vultures, the fox! The determination and perseverance in facing the daily problems, of finding water and current, to offer the best service to hikers at that altitude is admirable. The food is excellent, the rooms comfortable, the bathrooms clean, the immense nature, the effort paid off. What more could you want? Heartfelt thanks to the managers and staff!

Gnocchetti ottimi, prezzo giusto: un buon ricordo! Lunch break at high altitude: a really beautiful and characteristic place (the only one is the orange roof). Short menu, typical of mountain huts, and friendly staff. Excellent dumplings, fair price: a good memory!

M	Maria Greicer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 1 night there as a part of a round trip. Very beautiful location. Hosts are nice. But dont expect any breakfast (which is a big problem when You have to do a difficult hike of 4-5 hours until the next restaurant) .There is only coffe with bread and marmelada served in the morning. Dinner was OK, we dont expect fancy serving of course. The first was excellent (the soup) but the second - the main dish - was certainly missing some ingredients including salt.
