★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una produzione di formaggi eccellente, personale molto gentile e una qualità superlativa. Gentilissima la signora Lodovica che si occupa della amministrazione ma non solo, e così tutto lo staff simpatico, cordiale e sorridente. Consiglio la toma di Martignana!
Se avete modo a fianco vi è un negozio con un grande assortimento incluso il gelato! Merita uno stop per fare una merenda e assortire il frigo per una golosa cena a base di formaggi e non solo! Il proprietario è veramente molto bravo, ci ha fatto assaggiare molte specialità ascoltando i nostri gusti per servirci al meglio. Ci sono anche vini della zona, da assaggiare, come Cascina Melognis e anche vini di annate importanti della Langa.. insomma.. vi consiglio la sosta!
An excellent cheese production, very friendly staff and superlative quality. Dear Mrs. Lodovica who takes care of the administration but not only, and so all the nice, friendly and smiling staff. I recommend the toma di Martignana!
If you get to the side there is a shop with a large assortment including ice cream! It deserves a stop to have a snack and select the fridge for a delicious dinner based on cheeses and more! The owner is really very good, he made us taste many specialties listening to our tastes to serve us better. There are also wines from the area, to be tasted, such as Cascina Melognis and also wines from important vintages of the Langa .. in short .. I recommend a stop!

Occhio anche alla bilancia quando comprate gli affettati. Se vi distraete Ve ne mettono il doppio. A parte gli scherzi oltre i formaggi fantastici vendono un prosciutto cotto senza conservanti che è veramente una favola
Watch out for cholesterol because you get sick here if you like cheese.
Also pay attention to the scales when buying cold cuts. If you get distracted, they'll bring you twice as much. Joking aside besides the fantastic cheeses they sell a preservative-free cooked ham that is truly a blast
