Even though I live in Germany, every time I go home I go from gasparella to make Low Man of sauces and other delicacies. I recommend it to everybody.

Trattasi della macelleria di riferimento per tutta l'area di Zane. Qualità indiscutibile dato che la proprietà controlla tutta la filiera ed è in grado di fornire la tracciabilità completa di ogni prodotto. Ottima anche la selezione di carni (anche estere, tra cui il kobe, sempre su ordinazione/prenotazione) e dei prodotti esposti nella zona gastronomia. In questo reparto è tutto fatto da loro, homemade. Infine l, l'ambiente familiare (ma sempre professionale) ti fa sentire come a casa, coccolato. Macelleria che, provata una volta, sarà molto difficile non tornare a trovare la famiglia Gasparella. Superfluo dire che è fortemente consigliato! Must go place! Family business that has been handed down from father (Leonardo) to son (Marco) from generation to generation. This is the reference butcher's shop for the entire Zane area. Indisputable quality given that the property controls the entire supply chain and is able to provide complete traceability of each product. Also excellent is the selection of meats (including foreign ones, including kobe, always on order / reservation) and the products displayed in the gastronomy area.
