Trovo tutti i tagli e tutto è sano e genuino con il personale preparato che ti sa dare degli ottimi consigli per l'acquisto. La tagliata di manzo con gli aromi penso sia il pezzo forte ma anche il ragù d'anitra e' speciale. L'unica cosa che non mi va è che prendono i soldi e ti danno il resto a mani nude e non se le lavano quando servono il cliente successivo. Migliorare si fa sempre tempo! Ma è assolutamente necessario farlo. Fantastico! Oggi 24 aprile 2019 ho avuto la bella sorpresa! Chi prende il denaro ha il guanto che cambia ogni volta che prende soldi e dà il resto. Bravi! Ora 5 stelle. Turn and turn for me this is the number 1 butcher in the area for quality and price. Se parliamo di carne da grigliate va bene, ma non capisco come si possa dire che la tagliata è ottima... la carne è sfibrata meccanicamente, sembra di mangiare un hamburger. La " braciola von il manico" (braciola con attaccata la costina" ha avuto un successo strepitoso!! Bistecca di puledro tenerissima. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.
