Io guardo sempre con interesse il reparto "vini", perché mi sembra indicativo di una certa attenzione per le forniture di qualità del punto vendita... E devo dire di aver notato notevole cura nella varietà e nella qualità del ricco assortimento. Un bel punto a favore del direttore ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Famila è un supermercato dove trovi tutto, dalla frutta alla verdura sempre freschi, al reparto pescheria che offre sempre buone soluzioni. I prezzi sono in linea con gli altri negozi, e ci sono sempre delle offerte. Ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il parcheggio è ampio ed i commessi cordiali. Un posto che consiglio.
The Famila is a supermarket where you can find everything, from always fresh fruit and vegetables, to the fish department that always offers good solutions. Prices are in line with other stores, and there are always offers. It has an excellent value for money. The parking is large and the shop assistants are friendly. A place that I recommend.

Personale sempre gentile, ma l'ultimo giorno del 2020 ho acquistato su ordinazione al banco pescheria del pesce del valore di 67 euro e mi è stato consegnato tutto in un blocco di ghiaccio...mi riferisco al polipo e ai calamari e mezzo chilo di seppioline avariate che ho dovuto buttare! Doveva servire per la cena dell'ultimo dell'anno! Oltre alla magra figura con i miei familiari è stata una cena magra a tutti gli effetti! Il giorno 2 gennaio 2021 recandomi al supermercato e facendo notare tutto ciò al direttore ....mi è stato risposto che le è stato consegnato tutto così surgelato! Ma quindi io ho dovuto pagare il ghiaccio? Magari controllare anche che non fosse avariato....? Il finale buono di 20 euro! Ho accettato...diciamo meglio che niente....ma assicuro che non ordinerò mai più nulla se non vedo con i miei occhi il prodotto!

I was told that everything was delivered so frozen! So I had to pay for the ice? Maybe also check that it was not damaged ....? The good ending of 20 euros! I accepted ... let's say better than nothing .... but I assure you that I will never order anything again if I don't see the product with my own eyes!
