★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fermato per la prima volta e devo dire che è stata una vera sorpresa. Personale veloce, gentile e preparato. Bellissimo il negozio con tutte le loro sopresse appese. Preso pane, formaggio ed ovviamente la sopressa. Ci siamo leccati i baffi tutti, grandi e piccini :)
Stopped for the first time and I must say it was a real surprise. Fast, kind and prepared staff. The shop is beautiful with all their sopresse hanging. Took bread, cheese and of course the sopressa. We all licked our mustaches, young and old :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se cercate il vero formaggio del territorio e la sopressa di Valli, come non la assaggiavo dagli anni 80 (un sapore unico e irripetibile), questo è il posto giusto; diciamo che la sfida è trovare qualcosa che non va...queste son le botteghe da preservare, altro che slow food!
If you are looking for the real cheese of the territory and the sopressa di Valli, as I haven't tasted it since the 80s (a unique and unrepeatable flavor), this is the right place; let's say that the challenge is to find something wrong ... these are the shops to be preserved, other than slow food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quindici anni vengo qua puntualmente a comperare la sopressa tipica di Valli del Pasubio, di cui sono produttori. Ma non mi faccio mancare gli eccezionali formaggi di produzione locale, caciotte, formaggi di alpeggio, enego, e magari anche qualche salame.
Tutte persone competenti brave e simpatiche che ti sanno consigliare egregiamente.
For fifteen years I have been coming here on time to buy the typical sopressa of Valli del Pasubio, of which they are producers. But I don't miss the exceptional locally produced cheeses, caciotte, mountain pasture cheeses, enego, and maybe even some salami.
All competent, good and nice people who know how to advise you very well.
