Ero in toscana e mi sono ritrovato a mangiare un salume al tartufo, vista la sua bontà sono andato a vedere la provenienza e ho scoperto felicemente esser di "casa mia".
Satisfied and surprised to have found "local" cured meats produced so "close" and so far "spread".
I was in Tuscany and I found myself eating a truffle sausage, given its goodness I went to see where it came from and I happily discovered it was "my home".
