★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scoperto da poco questa macelleria ma devo dire che è stata una buona scoperta. La carne è ottima ed i cibi pronti che si trovano sempre a base di carne equina sono fatti molto bene.
I recently discovered this butcher shop but I must say it was a good discovery. The meat is excellent and the ready-to-eat foods that are always based on horse meat are very well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ho scoperta per caso l'anno scorso ma da allora vado sempre da lui. La "vecchia" è meravigliosa come gli arancini. In vetrina poi ci sono dei piatti pronti molto originali, le girelle, i flauti, i muffin, preparati con molta cura e fantasia, uno spettacolo anche per la vista, sembra di essere in una pasticceria! Anche il semplice "pesto" è squisito!
I discovered it by chance last year but I've been going to him ever since. The "old" is as wonderful as the arancini. In the window there are also very original ready meals, the swivels, the flutes, the muffins, prepared with great care and imagination, a spectacle also for the sight, it seems to be in a pastry shop! Even the simple "pesto" is delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente una delle poche macellerie equine che resta aperto anche di pomeriggio e sera. Forse l'unica su Parma. Personale simpatico e accogliente. Ho provato la carne di cavallo fresca , la carne di cavallo condita e un taco di cavallo. Tutto abbastanza buono devo dire nessuna lamentela da eccepire anzi penso che ci ritornerò spesso grazie proprio alla flessibilità degli orari. Consigliato
Finally one of the few horse butcheries that remains open even in the afternoon and evening. Perhaps the only one on Parma. Friendly and welcoming staff. I tried fresh horse meat, seasoned horse meat and a horse taco. All good enough I have to say no complaints to complain, in fact I think I will return often thanks to the flexibility of the schedules. Recommended
