First I enter with one ice cream (if can't enter with food should be something write in entrance) then I tried one soap (as I always did in Lush stores in my country - Brazil or when I was in one store in USA), at this time the girl working on store (August 16,2017) shouted at me and talked about what I could not try on an ice cream on my hand, ok I really want one soap, so my husband pick one and payed for it (while she still looking at me Like I was a thief - I was already outside waiting for my husband). To complete all this terrible experience, I tried the "soap" in my room and discover that this is a kind of oil - off course she didn't tell us, she want us out of store as far as possible. So if I can suggest something, don't go to this store in Pisa!

She was also kinda impressed about the fact that I could speak a little bit italian so that was really cute too! I'm also really satisfied with the product and I enjoy it! I really can recommend this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't even plan to go to lush but when I saw the store I could not resist! When I entered the store I noticed it was a really small store (which I personally prefer) I was greeted by two staff members who spoke really wonderful English! I was searching for a particular shower gel (olive branch) so I asked the male staff member and he showed it to me. I noticed it wasn't the same olive branch as what I used to purchase as the previous ones used to separate. The female staff member (Roberta, I had to ask her name I was so impressed with her service) then informed me the ingredients were still the same they had just added something too it to make it more of a gel than a oil! I was really impressed with her product knowledge then informed her I had dry skin and I needed something vegan! Without thought she instantly knew what to recommend me! It's a product I haven't tried before but after she demonstrated to me how to use it I knew I had to have it! At the till I started chatting to Roberta about veganism and environmental problems and I felt really comfortable just talking to her! I recommend this store 100% as the staff are not pushy in the slightest and I truly believe they are passionate about products they are selling (I understand why)
It's in a great central location of Pisa so really easy to get too!
